If you have successfully placed an order and are now receiving this error message, these might be the reasons:

You have ordered the software products as a box product (package). You can find information about this in your order confirmation. In this case, you will need to install from the CD once it has been delivered.

You have already made more than 20 downloads attempts. In this case, please contact our customer service department for a renewed activation.

You have re-registered for the download instead of logging in using the access details provided in your order confirmation. In this case, please use the access details supplied in your order confirmation.

Your order dates back longer than 30 days. In this case the download period may have expired.
